The Price includes water, gas and light consumption (heating excluded).
*the heating bill is paid according to the actual consumption, the price is EUR 1,0 per unit. Th units consumed appear on the counter.
The price does not include EUR 25,00 final cleaning fee obligatory.

The remaining balance to be paid on arrival before occupancy.
SERVICES:
Linen is available (hand towels and bed linen) for a fee of EUR 10,00 per person.
The client is not obliged to request such service.
There is not problem to find free parking space outside the house.
The two and three rooms apartments are supplied each with TV and decoder.
Each apartment includes kitchenware, and crockery (pans, dishes, cups, glasses, cutlery, etc), pillows and blankets.
NOTE:
The clients must specify on reservations the time and date for arrival and departure. Each apartment must be delivered in the same order and conditions which was given. The clients are responsible of any eventual damage found at end of stay period.
Guarantee : on your arrival, together with payment of the balance of your rent, a 100,00 euro guarantee deposit will be requested. The guarantee will be returned to you at the end of your stay (except for possible damages to be deducted).
From May to September, the renting week starts on Saturday and ends the following Saturday.
